OK, here we go. I'll try not to make this too long - after all, we don't wanna give Apple a headache, do we? I guess the major wishes come first, because I wrote them all down in the order they popped up in my little brain:
- Bigger iPod video screen. It's kinda hard to watch a whole movie in one sitting right now - that screen is just too darn small. Let's have a wide screen which covers the whole front of the machine...
- Touch screen capability. To keep the iPod small, and yet make the screen larger, they're gonna have to make the clickwheel disappear, and have all input
- WiFi capability. Yep, I want to access my music and files wherever I am. I do NOT like having to go upstairs to charge a song.
- Safari browser built right in. OK, we're getting into the realms of fantasy now. But wouldn't it be great if you could surf the web on that nice new wide screen.
(Note as of January 2007 - is this starting to remind you of anything here? Yep, the shiny, brand-new iPhone is gonna have all of this and more. Heck, it'll even have a phone built in! But you ain't gonna be able to buy it for some while yet - thanks a bunch Mr. Jobs for getting us salivating like crazy and then telling us "Food's ready in 6 months"!!)
